iSnipeIt 2.0 before seeking help. Most
often this will quickly fix any problems you
may be having. You should
check your version build number by opening
iSnipeIt, then clicking on "Help" near the top of the application and clicking on "About iSnipeIt" in the dropdown window.
If you current copy of iSnipeIt is not the most
current version (2.0.22)
then you will need to upgrade.
