The auction view essentially changes the view
in iSnipeIt's built in browser. There are three
different views available to you and these can be accessed
either from the dropdown window above iSnipeIt's browser on
the right side or from the Shortcut bar on the left most
side of iSnipeIt.
When choosing either the "Auction View"
from the dropdown window or the Auction View icon
from the Shortcut bar the iSnipeIt browser will
allow you to view web pages as opposed to one of the
other two view options.
When choosing either the "Auction Log"
from the dropdown window or the Auction Log icon
from the Shortcut bar the iSnipeIt browser will show
you the log from whatever auction is highlighted in
the auction view grid. This is particularly
handy for diagnosing problems or viewing the steps
taken by iSnipeIt when processing a scheduled
bid. You may also save the auction log by
right clicking on the log and selecting "Export
Log To Notepad" This will allow you to
save the log file for future reference.
When choosing either the "Error Log"
from the dropdown window or the Error Log icon from
the Shortcut bar the iSnipeIt browser will show you
the log for any errors that my be occurring while
iSnipeIt is running. These can be as simple as
common communication errors or be very helpful in
diagnosing problems that iSnipeIt is having in
communicating with internet protocols.
